Service and Support


For critical service and support related issues MazeMap has a response time of 1 hour within MazeMap’s core hours*. Response outside of MazeMap’s core hours will be a maximum of 3 hours.

All customers are given access to technical documentation and have the possibility to reach MazeMap via [email protected].

*Core hours are defined as 05.00 - 21:00 CET Monday - Friday (with the exceptions of public holidays in Norway)
