No, unfortunately, we don’t offer the tools for customers to build their own maps. Instead, our team of experienced Customer Success Technicians, Managers, and Engineers will liaise with you to make sure that your map solution is set-up to suit your business needs.

Go to our pricing page >The time it takes to set-up your map depends on which features you wish to implement, your existing infrastructure, the number of decision-makers on your end of the project, etc. The maps and wayfinding on their own are typically straightforward and quick to set-up. For any additional features you select, this time may increase - but it’s hard to give an exact number as it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, all of our maps also support outdoor areas too. We integrate with Open Street Map to provide you with the most up-to-date outdoor directions. We can even integrate with local public transport timetables, driving, cycling, and walking directions, allowing you to navigate from your home right up to a specific point within the building.
The look and feel of the maps as a whole (interface, fonts, etc.) cannot be changed. However, you can customize the icons on your map, add your own colour coding, and embed the app in your own-branded app or webpage.
