We anticipate to scale to 10 times as many customers in the coming years, and this role is an important kick-off for a market-led strategy. Our customers are different, and so are their needs. You get excited by understanding our product and knowing the differences in our different verticals in order to target their use cases, and even how this can vary by country or culture, or how client-targeted advertising differs from a commercial towards the general population. As a growth hacker, you know how to come up with the most cost-effective and measurable ways to drive growth. You know or are able to test and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels and strategies with key metrics, tracking tools and analysis, and ways to penetrate new markets. Whenever we have a new solution, you know the right strategy to push this out to the right people.
The Head of Marketing role in our scale-up organization is full of dynamic challenges, meaning that you spearhead strategies and set the direction in accordance with business objectives as a marketer of product, growth and brand. You communicate well, and are unafraid to learn new technologies in order to properly understand our solutions. Some of your tasks include coming up with advertisements, making case studies, and owning our event of the year called MazeCon! MazeCon is an important annual event where our customers and MazeMappers come together to shape the product roadmap and exchange information. You would also own the company website, blog and other media presences. Perhaps you can take this further?
This role reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Your team will include a Marketing Officer and a Design Officer based in Trondheim to help you realise your vision together, and you empower them to grow. With your team, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive market-led activity and develop our content further to push our solution into the market.
