Are you looking to play an important role in a scale-up company? We are looking for a Finance Associate to ensure the financial processes of MazeMap go smoothly between Finance and the management group, the Sales team and Customer Success team. You will report to the CFO and when needed you will also provide support to our management team. This is a 40% position, with flexibility to adjust depending on your capacity.

This role requires you to be based in Trondheim with legal right to to work and stay in Norway, independent of this position.

You would:

  • Perform invoicing of customers 
  • Follow-up for payments and do reporting on account payable status
  • Process incoming invoices 
  • Follow-up and aid on financial transactions including performing supplier registration at customers purchasing departments
  • Support on tasks needed for accounting and reporting
  • Depending on capacity, help out on several areas such as KPI measurement or improving Sales pipeline analytics 
  • Provide support when needed to CFO and Management

Your qualifications:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • A fast-learning individual
  • Organized, self-driven
  • Education within finance / accounting / management or similar
  • Proficient at using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Accurate and conscientious - You take pride in ensuring high quality 
  • Hands-on experience with similar tasks and responsibilities is an advantage
  • Familiarity with financial systems (ERP/accounting, invoicing) is not a requirement, but would be an advantage
